Easily send payment requests and accept deposits or full payments directly in the app with PETspot Pay. It's never been safer and simpler for ANKC breeders to do so.

Step 1: Make sure the person that you want to request a secure puppy payment from has been "approved" in your Applications Tab of your dashboard.

Note: If you would like to request a secure puppy deposits or full payment from a puppy buyer that is not on PETspot, please read this article here for help

Step 2: Go to your inbox or messages and search for the puppy buyer.

Step 3: Once you've found them, you should see a "request" button. (See images below for reference)

Step 4: Follow the prompts and enter the details. It then automatically sends a payment request to your puppy buyer politely asking them to complete the payment.

Step 5: Your puppy buyers can process the payment with their nominated card details and once it's complete, you'll be automatically notified in the app and via email.

Once a puppy buyer submits their payment, you will get a confirmation of once they have completed their payment successfully via the chat and email, and then the funds will be automatically sent straight to your nominated bank account payout method - which usually takes 1-2 business days.

That's it! It's super simple and easy to use and you can manage payments safely on the go via the app.. If you have any concerns or questions regarding puppy payments please reach out to support@thepetspot.com.au or reach us with the in-app support chat.
