Easily request payments for deposits and full payments directly in the app with PETspot Pay with buyers that are not on your PETspot Approved List.

If your puppy buyer is already on your PETspot Approved List, please refer to this article to learn how to request a payment

Step 1: Go to your "Payments" Page in your PETspot Dashboard

Step 2: Select "Transactions" at the top, next to to preferences

Step 3: If you have one breed, please select your program. If you have 2 or more breeds, select the relevant breed program for the payment request

Step 4: Click the "Request A Payment" Button

Step 5: Click the green "Request A Payment" Button and enter your puppy buyer's Mobile or Email address to send the request.

Once a puppy buyer submits their payment, you will get a confirmation of once they have completed their payment successfully via the chat and email, and then the funds will be automatically sent straight to your nominated bank account payout method - which usually takes 1-2 business days.

Please note, this feature is only for people not currently on PETspot. If they are already registered with PETspot you will request a payment through the chat.
