PETspot does not get involved in the screening process of puppy buyers for you. However, what we do provide is the features to make it simpler for you via the app or website.
At no point in the process does PETspot get involved in this process!
The features we do have to make managing this much simpler include:
Puppy Applications: Every breeder is provided with a puppy application on PETspot where you can send puppy buyers to fill in. You can customise this application, and add additional questions. Once a puppy buyer submits a puppy application to you, a chat is opened up with this person, and you can continue the conversation via the in-app chat
In-app Chats: Keep track of all conversations and threads easily and on one app. Handle all enquiries through PETspot
Waitlists: Organise your waitlist on the app. You choose who you want to approve or decline once you've gotten to know them via the in-app chat and puppy application.
Payment: If you would like to, you can use our Secure Puppy Payment in the system to receive deposits and payments. Puppy buyers are charged a 2-4% fee, and it is free for breeders.
