You can stay on top of all conversations by using talking to your puppy applicants through the PETspot inbox and messenger.

It also means you don't need to give out personal phone numbers and email addresses to strangers, helping to keep your information confidential until you feel comfortable enough to share it.

Every time potential puppy buyers message or submit an application to your PETspot profile, a chat is created with them where you can continue the conversation. Your messages/inbox is important because it has automatic messages whenever you approve/decline an applicant, request a secure puppy deposit or full payment and you can send images directly through the chat.

There are a few ways to message an applicant. Here's how:

Message an applicant directly through your inbox/messages

Step 1: Select "Inbox" in your bottom Navigation Menu

Step 2: Find the person you'd like to message (you can also you the search function to find them by their name)

Message an applicant through the applications section

Step 1: Select "Dashboard" in your bottom Navigation Menu

Step 2: Select "Applications" from the menu

Step 3: Select Applications (below "Receive Applications" and above "Expressions of Interests"

Step 4: Next to each applicant, you'll see a "Message" button. Click it to directly message them from your Pending, Approved, or Declined Lists.

Request a Secure Puppy Payment in the Chat

Don't forget you can request a secure puppy payment from approved applicants directly through the chat too!
