We understand that you may already have a waitlist before you join PETspot. No problem-o! We've created a feature to easily help you combine it onto your PETspot waitlist. All you need is an email or mobile of the puppy buyer.

With new features soon to come that will help you with big announcements, group messaging, automatic replies and more... This way, you can easily organise everything on the app helping you save time and energy.

Step 1: Go to your PETspot Dashboard

Step 2: Select "Applications" from the menu

Step 3: Select Applications (below "Receive Applications" and above "Expressions of Interests"

Step 4: Select "Application Settings" at the top

Step 5: Select "Add External Applications" (Please note, that the person you are inviting must not already have an account on PETspot)

Step 6: Click the green button "Invite Applicants" and choose whether you want to send an invitation via Email or Mobile!

Step 7: Just to make sure that the correct people are going on your waitlist. You will need to go back on to your applications and approve them, as they will be in your "Pending" section of your Applications Tab.

That's all! Now you're all set and ready to go. Expect some new features to roll out shortly as we make managing your waitlists even easier!

Please note: There is currently no feature to invite people to your waitlist and have their puppy application answers as well. If you'd like to have their application answers, we encourage you to get your puppy buyers to submit another puppy application on your PETspot Profile.
